Regulators / Regulated Assemblies
Regulated Assemblies F7000 Series (PDF).
  • The F7000 Series Protocol Station Gas Regulator Assembly is specifically designed for the safe and convenient wall and / or panel mounting for almost all of Spectra Gases' high purity single and double stage brass and stainless steel gas regulators.
Regulated Assemblies F7130 Series (PDF).
  • The F7130 Series brass, single stage, high purity regulators are recommended for non-corrosive analytical and process applications where precise flow control is not critical. A specially designed, convoluted, stainless steel diaphragm provides good regulating performance and maximum purity integrity without the need for a soft seal, which often can be a source of contamination. Each regulator is capable of withstanding an internal purging and is provided with a diffusion-resistant, diaphragm-packless outlet valve to maintain system purity. The optional bonnet vent adaptor allows for the venting of hazardous gases in the event of diaphragm failure.

  • The F7140 Series two stage, high purity regulators are designed for non-corrosive analytical and process applications requiring precise, stable delivery pressure control. The two stage design yields a delivery pressure change of less than 0.04/100 psi inlet change. The regulators' convoluted stainless steel diaphragms provide excellent regulating characteristics and allow for internal purging. The metal-to-metal diaphragm seal prevents contamination by eliminating the need for a soft seal, and provides a leak-rate design of less than 2 x 10-8 ccs helium. This minimizes cleanup time when purging and yields lower residual contaminant levels.
Regulated Assemblies F7210 Series (PDF).
  • The F7210 Series stainless steel, single stage, high purity regulators are recommended for corrosive analytical and process applications where precise flow control is not critical. A specially designed, convoluted, stainless steel diaphragm provides good regulating performance and maximum purity integrity without the need for a soft seal, which often can contaminate the system. Each regulator is capable of withstanding an internal purging and is provided with a diffusion-resistant, diaphragm-packless outlet valve to maintain system purity. These regulators are ultrasonically cleaned for high purity service.

  • The F7220 Series two stage, high purity regulators are designed for corrosive analytical and process applications requiring precise, stable, delivery pressure control. The two stage design yields a delivery pressure change of less than 0.04/100 psi inlet change. Convoluted stainless steel diaphragms provide excellent regulating characteristics and allow for internal purging. The metal-to-metal diaphragm seal prevents contamination by eliminating the need for a soft seal, and also provides a leak-rate design of less than 2 x 10-8 ccs helium. This minimizes cleanup time in purging and yields lower residual contaminant levels.
Regulated Assemblies F9000 Series (PDF).
  • The Series F9000 and F9010 Gas Regulator Towers are designed to meet the requirements of today’s instrument intense laboratories where space for analytical instrumentation is a paramount concern. The Towers will satisfy the demand for multiple “Point of Use” gas services in critical arenas. Both Series F9000 and F9010 Gas Regulator Towers are capable of supporting up to 20 gas regulator outlets for “Point of Use” gas distribution.
Regulated Assemblies F9500 Series (PDF).
  • The Series 9500 and 9510 Gas Regulator Towers are custom designed to accommodate a maximum of 10 individual panel assemblies which can be flush mounted into each tower. The Series 9500 and 9510 Gas Regulator Tower Panels can be equipped with either brass components (Series 9500) or stainless steel components (Series 9510).
