Returning Empty Spectra-owned Cylinders

To return an empty Spectra-owned cylinder, fill out the "Cylinder Return Agreement Form" and then fax it to Tina Lawrence, Spectra Gases Return Logistics Coordinator at 704-540-5030.

Please Note: Spectra does not pay for cylinder return shipping charges!

Refilling Empty Customer-owned Cylinders

To refill an empty customer-owned cylinder, fill out the "Checklist for Customer-owned Cylinders" and then contact Spectra Customer Service at 800-932-0624 for further instructions.
